Microsoft ,outlook, skype , onedrive authentication issue

සති  දෙකකට  පමණ පෙර  ලෝකය පුරා පැතිරුණු authentication problem  එකක් තිබුණා කියාලා ඔයාලට මතක ඇතිනේ . එම  ප්‍රශ්නය  නිසා microsoft  users  ලට එයාලගේ cloud services access කරන්න බැරි තත්වයකට පත් උනා. ඉතින් අපි හිතුවේ ඒ ප්‍රශ්නය දැන් වෙද්දී හරි කියලනේ . නමුත් අද  දිනයේදී(MARCH  22) එය නැවත වරක් සිදු  උනා .

අද  දිනයේදී බොහෝ users  ලා twitter වැනි සමාජ ජාල හරහා ඔවුන්ට තමන්ගේ outlook ,skype ,onedrive account වලට log  වීමට නොහැකි බව කියමින් report කරන්නට පටන් ගත්තා .

මා හටද 01.00 AM  ට වගේ outlook ,onedrive , skype  account වලට ලොග් වෙන්න බැරි තත්වයක් තමයි තිබුනේ .නමුත් මගේ office 365 mail  account  එක හොදට වැඩ කරමින් තිබුන . මම හිතන්නේ මේ ප්‍රශ්නය පටන් ගත්තේ මධ්‍යම රාත්‍රී  12.00 PM  වගේ .

microsoft ලගේ විවිධ services ගොඩක් තියනවනේ . ඉතින් මෙයාල මේ හැම service  එකටම use  කරන්නේ MSA කියන sign on service එක .

සති දෙකට පෙර සිදු උනා වගේම skype heartbeat site  එකේ message එකක් පල කරලා තිබුන sign  in ප්‍රස්නයක් ඇති බව සදහන් කරමින්  .

xbox  live  status site  එකත් සමහර users ලට ලොග් වීමට නොහැකි බව පල කරලා තිබුනා 

සති දෙකකට පෙර සිදු උන ප්‍රශ්නය ගැන microsoft  ආයතනය officially  මොකුත් කියල තිබුනේ නම් නැ .

 සති දෙකට පෙර MSA  sign  on  service  එක  azure  active  directory  use  කලේ නැ authentication සදහා . Alex Simons(Microsoft Identity Division Director of PM) ගේ  twitter  එකක් අනුව දැනගන්න ලැබුණු විදිහට microsoft සමගම front end සදහානම් service දෙකක් ඒකාබද්ද කරමින් පවතිනවා .නමුත් ඔවුන්ගේ backend  එක සදහා  බිලියන 6.7 ක account  සමග තිබුනේ තවමත් එක data  store  එකයි .

 outlook.com හා onedrive සදහා ඇති  office 365 status  page  එක update එකක් දමා  තිබුන onedrive  සහ outlook වලට ලොග් වෙන්න ප්‍රස්නයක් තියන බව\සදහන් කරමින් .

microsoft සමගම නැවත services restore  කරමින් යන බවට ප්‍රකාශයක් නිකුත් කර තිබුනා

මේ  වෙද්දීනම් users  ලා  එයාලට සමහර account  වලට ලොග්  වෙන්න පුළුවන් බව positive  message  පළකරන්නට පටන් ගත්තා .

Starting at 17:30 UTC on 21 Mar 2017 a subset of customers using Stream Analytics, Azure Log Analytics and other services may experience login failures while authenticating with their Microsoft accounts. Retries may be successful for some customers. Engineers are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. The next update will be provided in 60 minutes, or as events warrant.

මේ වන විටනම් azure ඇතුළු  බොහෝ services  MSA  authentication problem  එකෙන් මිදී ගොස් තිබෙනවා .නමුත් තවමත් microsoft  සමගම මෙයට හේතුව පිළිබද කිසිම කරුණක් ප්‍රකාශ කරලා නැහැ .
